What Happens After Someone Clicks Your Link

When someone clicks your Shopee affiliate link, Shopee records a cookie on their device. If they buy within the cookie validity period, the sale is attributed to you. This information appears in the affiliate dashboard with statuses such as pending, confirmed or cancelled.

Where to See Sales in the Dashboard

The affiliate dashboard has a section called "Sales report", "Orders" or "Performance". There you find: click date and time, purchase date, product acquired, sale value, estimated commission and order status.

Sale Statuses

Pending means the sale was registered but not yet confirmed. Confirmed means the purchase was completed and the commission is released for payment. Cancelled means the order was cancelled or returned and the commission was reversed. Analysis means Shopee is verifying if the sale followed the program rules.

Why a Sale May Not Appear

Common reasons: the buyer clicked another affiliate link after yours, the cookie expired before purchase, the purchase was made on a different device, the product was in a category without commission, or the purchase was cancelled.
